Privacy notice
Falcon Design and Build Ltd is responsible for the personal information it uses to respond to your project enquiry. This notice was updated on 10 September 2026.
Who to contact
Falcon Design and Build Ltd, company number 12485024. Registered office: Centurion House, London Road, Staines-Upon-Thames, England, TW18 4AX. FK Growth Ltd operates the website and helps manage enquiries for Falcon.
For privacy questions or requests, email furkan@fkgrowth.co.uk. You can also contact Falcon at falcondesignbuild@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to verify a request before disclosing or changing records.
Information we collect
The enquiry form requires your name, phone number, property postcode and chosen project type. Email and a description are optional. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or information about another person that is not needed for the project.
We also record the page and area from which you enquired, an enquiry reference and delivery progress. The page you visit does not establish your property's postcode or your selected project type. Hosting services process technical connection information, including IP addresses, to serve and protect the website. Our application uses short-lived keyed identifiers to limit repeated submissions.
Providing an enquiry is optional. We need the required fields to use the online form; you can use the direct contact links instead. Submitting a form does not confirm a booking, contract or price.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss your project and take steps you request before a possible contract. Where you enquire on behalf of someone else, we rely on our legitimate interest in handling relevant business communications.
We also rely on legitimate interests to protect the website, prevent misuse, deliver enquiries reliably and keep a record of communications. Where necessary, we use relevant records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. The delivery system creates an enquiry record and alerts a person to follow up.
Who receives the information
Falcon and authorised FK Growth staff use the information for enquiry handling and website support. Netlify hosts the website, database and operational storage. HighLevel provides the enquiry records and LC Phone service used for internal SMS alerts. The internal alert goes to Falcon's designated enquiry recipient.
The Netlify database and website functions for this service run in Ohio, United States. Providers and their subprocessors may process information outside the UK. The providers' data processing terms include contractual safeguards for relevant international transfers, including standard contractual clauses and the UK transfer addendum where applicable. Contact the privacy address above to request information about the safeguards.
Healthchecks.io monitors operational health using fixed service-status messages without your enquiry name, phone number, postcode or description. We may share information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for a legal obligation or claim. We do not sell enquiry information.
How long we keep information
For enquiries that do not become a job, Falcon's retention period is 12 months after the last contact. Records are reviewed monthly. Unresolved enquiries and records needed for an active dispute or other documented legal reason are held for review rather than silently deleted.
If an enquiry becomes a job, relevant information becomes part of the project record. It is kept for the work, ongoing contractual obligations and applicable accounting or legal requirements, with the need for continued retention reviewed separately.
Short-lived application rate-limit identifiers expire after their time window and are removed on later submissions or the monthly maintenance run. Hosting providers manage technical logs under their service retention arrangements. Daily database recovery copies are retained for 30 days; copies associated with the last ten published deployments and supplementary encrypted exports are reviewed separately. Backup access is restricted, and recorded deletions are reapplied before restored data is returned to use.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Contact furkan@fkgrowth.co.uk to make a request.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Explain your circumstances so we can assess the request. We do not use the enquiry form to obtain consent for marketing; if we separately rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are concerned about how your information is handled.
