Falcon is a Hayes-based building company led by our owner. He works on site as well as managing projects, and helps homeowners think through internal layouts and finishes.

About Falcon
From labouring to building his own company
Our owner grew up around builders. Work at his family home sparked his interest, and he began as a labourer, learning through practical building work. He went on to establish Falcon in 2020, starting with smaller jobs and progressing to extension and loft work.
Today, Falcon focuses on extensions, substantial renovations and loft conversions. Our owner's role combines practical work on site with project management.

You can discuss internal layouts and finishing choices with us. Where formal drawings or planning work are needed, Falcon arranges and coordinates that work through its design partner.
The building scope and purchasing responsibilities are explained in the project quote. You buy the agreed finishing items with guidance; Falcon carries out the agreed fitting work.
