House extensions in Hayes and West London

Make room for the way you want to use your home. We carry out rear, side-return and double-storey extensions, including projects that also change the ground-floor layout.

Space that connects with the rest of your home

Tell us what is missing from the current layout: room to cook and eat together, a larger living area or a different connection to the garden. That gives the project discussion a practical starting point.

The right extension depends on the property and the agreed design. We can discuss rear, side-return and double-storey work without assuming that every option will suit your house.

Already have plans, or starting without them?

If you have drawings, tell us when you get in touch so we can discuss the building work against them. If you need formal drawings or planning support, Falcon can arrange this through our design partner and coordinate it with the build.

Our team gives practical advice on internal layouts and finishes. The professional scope and fees are agreed for the particular project.

What is supplied and what is fitted

Falcon supplies first-fix materials and carries out both the agreed first-fix and second-fix work. First fix covers the earlier building stage; second fix includes fitting the items that finish the rooms.

You buy the agreed finishing items, including kitchen units, bathroom fittings and flooring, with our guidance. Your quote makes clear which materials and work Falcon supplies and which items you need to buy.

Discuss the whole ground floor

If the extension is part of a wider renovation, include those changes in your enquiry. We can discuss the new space and the existing rooms as one proposed scope.

Extending your home or moving

Start with what your home needs to do. An extension may help when the location works for you and the property can accommodate the extra space. Moving may make more sense when the location, plot or overall layout no longer meets your needs.

Compare the full project scope, professional fees, approvals and disruption with the costs and practicalities of moving. Neither choice guarantees a saving or an increase in value. A property assessment and advice from the relevant professionals can help you compare realistic options.

Your questions, answered

Have something else in mind?

Talk through your project ↗
Which kinds of extension do you build?

We work on rear, side-return and double-storey extensions. We can discuss which options fit your home and plans.

Can you work with drawings I already have?

Yes. Let us know that drawings are available when you request a quote. We can discuss the proposed work and any further information needed before the scope is agreed.

Do you arrange planning support?

Falcon can arrange formal drawings and planning work through our design partner, and coordinate that work with the build. The scope and fees are agreed for your project. Planning approval is not guaranteed.

Can an extension include a kitchen renovation?

Yes, kitchen fitting and changes to existing rooms can be discussed within the larger extension or renovation scope. You buy the agreed kitchen items with our guidance, and Falcon carries out the agreed fitting work.

What helps you prepare a quote?

Start with your postcode, the type of extension and what you want the space to do. Mention any existing drawings and whether you will be living at the property. Our team will discuss the details and arrange the next step.
