We can help you think through internal layouts and finishes. Formal drawings and planning work are handled by our design partner, with Falcon coordinating this alongside the building work.
We supply first-fix materials and carry out the agreed building and fitting work. You buy the second-fix items, such as kitchen units, bathroom fittings and flooring, with our guidance. Your quote makes clear what we supply and what you need to buy.

You buy the agreed second-fix items, such as kitchen units, bathroom fittings and flooring, with our guidance. Falcon carries out the agreed fitting work. The quote sets out the full supply and installation responsibilities.
How do I find out the cost?

Can I stay in my home during the work?
