Loft conversions in Hayes and West London
Thinking about using your roof space? Tell us what you want to create and what you know about the existing loft. We can discuss the build and any design support your project needs.

The right starting point is your property
A useful first conversation covers the room you want, the roof space you have and any drawings already prepared. Suitability needs to be considered for the actual house. We do not assume that a particular conversion type is right before that discussion.
Types of loft work we can discuss
Our offer includes dormer, hip-to-gable, mansard and rooflight loft conversions. Each involves a different approach to the roof and space. Tell us if a design has already been proposed, or if you are still exploring the options.
The final layout, required professional work and building scope are agreed for your project.
Drawings and planning support through our partner
Falcon can arrange formal drawings and planning work through our design partner and coordinate this alongside the build. Our team provides practical guidance on internal layouts and finishes.
If you already have drawings, bring them to the conversation. Professional scope and fees are agreed for the individual project; no planning outcome is promised.

Falcon supplies first-fix materials and carries out the agreed first-fix and second-fix work. You buy the agreed finishing items with our guidance. Your quote sets out the full scope and purchasing responsibilities.
Describe any intended bathroom or other fitting work when you enquire so it can be discussed as part of the loft project.

How do I know whether my loft is suitable?
Suitability needs to be considered for your property and proposed use. Tell us about the roof space and share any drawings during the project discussion. We do not guarantee suitability from an online enquiry.
Can I enquire without drawings?
Yes. Explain what you would like to do. If formal drawings or planning work are needed, Falcon can arrange this through our design partner and coordinate it with the build.
Do I need to buy the finishing items?
You buy the agreed second-fix items with our guidance, and Falcon carries out the agreed fitting work. Your quote will explain the complete supply and installation scope.
How long will the work take?
The timing depends on the design and work involved. Discuss it with us as your plans take shape.
